BerryDunn is pleased to announce that Senior Manager Chris Mouradian has been awarded a Rising Above Award, the Forward Thinker, by the Maine Society of Certified Public Accountants (MECPA). The award celebrates accounting leaders in Maine who drive innovation, inclusion, and progressive ideas.
Mouradian leads the firm’s Innovation Council, a team created with the goal of accelerating change by offering training, providing resources, sponsoring initiatives, and rewarding innovation. He is also a founding member of the firm's Audit Innovation Solutions Committee, working to integrate cutting-edge practices and technologies into the company's audit process. “I am honored to be recognized by MECPA”, Mouradian said. “Innovation and continuous improvement motivate and inspire me in the work I do every day for our clients and our firm.”
At BerryDunn, Mouradian specializes in audit, accounting, and advisory services for large healthcare and nonprofit organizations. In addition to the work he does for clients, he leads training sessions for both the healthcare and nonprofit industries. In addition to providing exceptional client service, Mouradian frequently spearheads special projects, employing innovative solutions to address clients' unique challenges. His passion for progress is evident in the recent launch of BerryDunn's client portal, which streamlines communication and collaboration between the firm and its clients.
