Day One – Tuesday, August 6

Special Access Refresher 9:00am – 11:45am
This class provides a high-level overview of special access billing
concepts. Topics include high capacity, NC/NCI codes and
billing application.

ASRs for Special Access Service 1:00pm – 4:00pm
This class provides an overview of special access services and
the ASR forms and field interpretations needed for the rendering
of accurate billing. Topics include special access ordering,
service specific forms and resource materials.

Day Two – Wednesday, August 7

ETS Advanced Network Examples 8:45am – 11:30am
This class provides a review of advanced ETS billing scenarios.
Topics include situations where a CLEC and/or a non-regulated
entity is involved in the provisioning of an end-to-end ETS
service and other miscellaneous examples.

Industry Update 12:30pm – 3:00pm
This class provides an overview of recent FCC orders and NECA
tariff updates. Topics include USF reform, new tariff services and
pooling reporting changes.
