BDMP Assurance, LLP and Berry, Dunn, McNeil & Parker, LLC practice in an alternative practice structure in accordance with the AICPA Code of Professional Conduct and applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards. BDMP Assurance, LLP is a licensed CPA firm that provides attest services to its clients. Berry, Dunn, McNeil & Parker, LLC provides tax and management advisory services to its clients.

As used in this policy, “BerryDunn”, “the Firm,” “we” or “us” or “our” refers to BDMP Assurance, LLP and Berry, Dunn, McNeil & Parker, LLC.

BerryDunn Clients

If you are a client of BerryDunn, your engagement letter or other agreement with us will govern the relationship between you and BerryDunn for the services provided to you under contract. If you make a payment to us for services, your payment-related information, such as credit card of other financial information, may be collected by our third-party payment processor on our behalf.

Our operations and services are hosted in the United States and intended for visitors located within the United States.
