BerryDunn is pleased to announce the new hire of Alan C. Weintraub, MD, a Diplomate of the American Board of Anesthesiology. Dr. Weintraub brings a physician perspective to the firm’s healthcare consulting team and clinically-driven revenue cycle management services.
As a Senior Manager in BerryDunn’s Healthcare Practice Group—a growing team of experts with direct healthcare experience—Dr. Weintraub brings extensive knowledge of medical practice and hospital operations. Prior to joining the firm, Dr. Weintraub served as Area VP of Ambulatory Services for North American Partners in Anesthesia.
“I am looking forward to working with other healthcare professionals here at BerryDunn to solve the interesting and unique challenges healthcare organizations, hospitals, ambulatory facilities, and medical practices face today,” says Weintraub. Practice management, staff relations, physician onboarding, workflow assessments, and physician compensation are some of the emerging challenges he will address with clients.
