She provides consulting services to state Medicaid and Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) programs.
Crystal assists with the Payment Error Rate Measurement (PERM) cycle, Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) claims and adjudication process analysis, Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) Managed Care Organization (MCO) transitions, and Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) Modernization Strategy and Procurement (MSP).
