As a Manager in BerryDunn’s Medicaid Practice Group, Hilary provides project management and consulting services to state Medicaid agencies. She assists clients with the Payment Error Rate Measurement (PERM) cycle and Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) claims and adjudication process analysis.
Hilary has over 8 years of Medicaid policy experience. She is a Registered Nurse and a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner (CCP).
