A Manager in BerryDunn’s State Government Practice Group, Jack leads the Project Oversight and Quality Assurance practice, working with a variety of state government agencies to provide system procurement, business process redesign, and independent project assessment services.
Based in Minnesota, Jack helps state agencies improve the efficiency of processes and systems. He provides project management oversight, business process analysis, IV&V and quality assurance, system planning and procurement, organizational change management, performance measurement practices, and strategic planning efforts.
