A Manager in BerryDunn’s State Government Practice Group, and lead of the Child Welfare Practice, Lisa’s experience includes managing government contracts and budgets, overseeing multi-state programs, and building strong professional relationships. As a certified Project Management Professional® (PMP®), she is a highly capable, hands-on leader with a demonstrated ability to enlist the enthusiasm and participation of internal staff and external customers to achieve desired outcomes.

Lisa’s passion for helping individuals and families overcome adversity is what keeps her dedicated to a life-long career in human services and policy and process changes that have meaningful impacts on people’s lives.

For nearly three decades, she has provided states, counties, and regional partners with guidance on public programs including Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Supplemental Nutrition Assurance Program (SNAP), Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP), Medicaid, Home and Community Based Services (HCBS), Aging and Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), Child Support Enforcement, Child Welfare, and Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities programs.

Lisa currently leads the Child Welfare Initiatives project with West Virginia’s Department of Health and Human Resources.
