For nearly three decades, she has provided states, counties, and regional partners with guidance on public programs including Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Supplemental Nutrition Assurance Program (SNAP), Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP), Medicaid, Home and Community Based Services (HCBS), Aging and Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), Child Support Enforcement, Child Welfare, and Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities programs.
Lisa currently leads the Child Welfare Initiatives project with West Virginia’s Department of Health and Human Resources.
