Luci is a Senior Consultant in BerryDunn’s State Government Practice Group. She works with public health agencies at the state and local levels to provide project management and technical assistance to support improved programs, operations, and community health outcomes. Luci has experience and expertise in assessments and planning, community engagement, policy analysis and development, strategy development, and grants management.
Luci prioritizes clear communication, collaboration, and building trust with clients to maximize positive project outcomes and client satisfaction. She applies an emphasis on health equity and the role of social determinants of health in all of her public health project work.
