Oliver is a parks and recreation consultant in BerryDunn's Local Government Practice Group with experience leading special projects for municipal parks and open spaces. Additionally, as a veteran, and native Spanish and Portuguese speaker, he bridges gaps between local government, veterans, and Latino communities.
Leveraging over 15 years of military experience working with high-performance organizations, local governments, and foreign national governments, Oliver is skilled at utilizing project management, research, assessment, planning, and community engagement goals while synchronizing efforts and working with cross-functional teams.
