Robert is a Senior Consultant in BerryDunn’s Government Consulting Group. Based in our Charleston, WV office, he brings over fifteen years of experience in state government healthcare to the Medicaid consulting team. Leveraging resourceful leadership and a results-oriented approach, Robert delivers project management and quality assurance support for the design, development, and implementation phases of Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS) projects. Robert is currently working on the West Virginia Integrated Eligibility System (IES) project, with a focus on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and other testing processes and deliverables.
Before joining BerryDunn, Robert worked on MMIS implementations for the states of Alaska, Montana, and Georgia. He is also a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI).
