Added services now include performing complex GAAP accounting scenarios, facilitating the year end audit with an independent auditor and high-level financial due diligence assistance. BerryDunn also provides on-going tax structuring advice, state tax nexus analysis, quarterly tax planning, and tax preparation services, all of which are collaborated in-house.
