As a Manager in BerryDunn's Management and IT Consulting Practice Group, Jon collaborates with and leads healthcare organizations in assessing, planning, managing, and reinforcing changes in healthcare business and technology. He helps organizations align business processes, employee engagement and adoption, and technology strategy and implementation to drive clients toward attaining greater outcomes as they navigate significant change.
Throughout his career at BerryDunn, Jon has led and supported more than 30 client engagements including organizational and IT assessments, system selection and implementation, process improvement, strategic technology planning, and long-term organizational strategic planning. Jon has served healthcare clients across the care continuum including hospitals, health systems, long-term care facilities, senior living communities, and state veterans' homes.
