Kristin is a Senior Manager in the firm’s Tax Consulting and Compliance Practice Group. Her focus primarily is on S-corporation and partnership taxation, serving clients in the long-term care, hospitality, and construction industries. Kristin works with the shareholders and owners of closely-held businesses, providing federal and state tax compliance and consulting services.
Kristin also assists employers in understanding the tax implications of employee benefits. As a member of the BerryDunn Recovery Advisory Team, and in response to the COVID-19 outbreak, Kristin has assisted employers with employee benefits and related employment tax credits in the FFCRA and CARES Act.
