Elsa provides parks and recreation management services, including master planning and feasibility studies, to local government clients across the US. She is an active member of the Squaw Creek Clean Water Alliance, a grass roots organization based in Illinois that works to improve the water quality of Long Lake for animal habitat and human recreation.
