Jeff is a Principal and member of BerryDunn’s Commerical Practice Group. He specializes in providing tax compliance and consulting services to both individuals and corporate clients. His experience includes working with clients to strategically manage their federal and multistate tax planning opportunities and potential exposure. He is a licensed CPA in both Maine and Massachusetts.
Prior to joining BerryDunn, Jeff was the chief financial officer of a private equity fund. While there, he led the tax due diligence team, managed financial reporting and planning with respect to limited partner relationships, acted as interim CFO for various portfolio companies involving operating and capital budgets, strategic planning, financial reporting, tax compliance, and feasibility studies and worked with portfolio company management teams to achieve long-term and short-term business objectives.
