Katie is a natural collaborator, engaging clients and peers for their expertise to help drive efficiency and successful outcomes. She provides project management, change management, organizational assessment and development, process improvement, strategic HIT and HIE consulting, system planning and selection, and Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) services for government clients.

Prior to joining BerryDunn, Katie worked as an ambulatory care administrator, care manager, and as a director of a statewide health information exchange.

Katie brings specialized knowledge in value-based care delivery, health information services product development, implementation, and data governance. She has led innovative projects in health equity and social determinants of health to support state public health needs.
