As the Local Government Technology Management practice leader, Keith leverages his management experience within large and diverse government organizations when advising BerryDunn’s government clients. He works with a variety of public sector organizations to identify, select, and deploy technology enhancements that improve and enhance service delivery. His 20+ years of consulting experience includes advising clients with strategic planning, process analysis needs assessment and recommended improvements, project management for ERP system implementations, IT governance, and related structure to support organizational improvement.
Keith is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a designation of the Project Management Institute.
