Margo’s diverse background in healthcare and law gives her a perspective that helps towns, cities, and counties get the most out of their projects. Her experience in healthcare, community health and post-acute care, information technology, and project management make her uniquely suited to help local governments with community health services project needs.
Margo has served as the senior leader in multiple healthcare organizations, serving as a hospital CEO and CNO; a home health and long-term care administrator; a director of Epic implementations; and in roles responsible for financial management and business development. She has deep expertise in EHR implementation and support, project management, risk management, and quality assurance, as well as healthcare law and contracting.
