A Manager in our Parks, Recreation, Libraries Practice, Nikki is passionate about helping agencies across the country engage and support staff and communities. She leverages her nearly 13 years of experience with the Chicago Park District, as well as her work with agencies across the nation, to help park and recreation agencies meet their greatest challenges. Her expertise includes strategic and master planning, employee engagement, human resources, workforce development strategies, and more.
Nikki is a regular speaker at both national and state conferences, is the former chair of the NRPA Conference Programming Committee, and is currently faculty for the NRPA Directors School. Nikki also created the nationally recognized Certified Park and Recreation Professional (CPRP) training program.
