A Revenue Cycle Manager in BerryDunn’s Healthcare Practice Group, Roger has over 30 years of healthcare experience. He provides revenue cycle optimization, interim management, and policy and procedure development services.
Roger has extensive experience in the not-for-profit healthcare sector, previously serving as the CFO of a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and working with hospitals and health systems. He also worked for TRICARE and Medicare, providing program integrity and provider enrollment expertise.
Roger has presented for professional organizations on topics including denials management, strategic leadership, and revenue cycle optimization. He is currently a faculty member for the National Association of Community Health Centers' (NACHC) Leadership Institute.
