Ryan is a Senior Consultant in the Local Government Practice Group with more than 12 years of experience assisting local governments and state agencies with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions and implementations. His areas of expertise include project management, system implementation, and financial management consulting. Currently, Ryan leads large-scale ERP replacement projects.
Ryan builds trusting relationships with clients and the organizations they partner with. His management style promotes a collaborative project team environment where team members are encouraged to provide solution-oriented input that fosters a coaching culture and elevated engagement, which results in organizations meeting their strategic goals and objectives. Clients also benefit from his technical services experience acquired while working for an ERP provider, where he supported numerous clients in all phases of their ERP life cycle.
