Chad Snow, PMP®, the Chief Operating Officer of Consulting Services, has worked with over 100 municipal and county governments across the country to find solutions to business processes and operations. “Whether we engage with clients at project inception or come in to refocus an initiative already underway, we can help our clients strategize their software selection and carry them forward,” says Snow.
