As BerryDunn enters a new era of leadership with the announcement of new CEO Sarah Belliveau, the firm is also announcing promotions, appointments, and an organizational restructuring effective July 1, 2021. BerryDunn’s nearly 50 years in business have taught the firm that to survive, and thrive, it needs to constantly evolve and innovate. The new organizational structure will increase collaboration, protect and enhance the culture, and position the firm for future growth. The creation of the Chief Culture and Engagement Officer underscores BerryDunn’s deep commitment to its employees.

BerryDunn has elected Kathy Parker to a three-year term on the Board, replacing Tim Masse, who is completing his second three-year term—the limit for consecutive terms. Kathy will join Sarah Belliveau and incumbents Charlie Leadbetter, Dave Erb, and Tammy Michaud to comprise the new Board effective July 1, 2021.

Quality Assurance Principal
Todd Desjardins becomes BerryDunn’s Quality Assurance Principal (QAP) effective July 1, 2021. Todd takes over the QAP role from Tracy Harding, who is now Chair of the national Auditing Standards Board (ASB).
John M. Chandler Learning & Development Center announced
The Management Committee voted to name the new training room facility in the Portland headquarters office the John M. Chandler Learning & Development Center, in recognition of Chandler’s 22 years of outstanding leadership as the firm’s Managing Principal/CEO. It was his vision to establish the Learning and Development (L&D) Department, which led to greater focus on L&D in the firm and a firm culture that supports everyone’s professional and personal development.
