Dave is a Principal and the leader of BerryDunn’s Commerical Practice Group. He specializes in providing tax compliance and consulting services to both individuals and corporate clients. His experience includes working with clients to strategically manage their federal and multistate tax planning opportunities and potential exposure. Dave is also a member of the firm’s International Services Team, providing tax consulting and compliance services to companies with inbound and outbound foreign tax issues. He is a licensed CPA in both Maine and Massachusetts.
