Danielle works diligently with her clients to analyze and understand their challenges, identify targeted solutions and recommendations, and patiently guide them through implementation. She assists clients with a variety of health and human services programs and IT systems including Electronic Health Records (EHRs), Integrated Eligibility Systems, Public Health Systems, Behavioral Health Systems, Health Services Enterprises, Health Insurance Marketplaces (Exchanges), and Child Welfare Information Systems.
A member of the BerryDunn Recovery Advisory team, Danielle serves as a trusted advisor to state public health and social services agencies to address and minimize the negative effects of the coronavirus on individuals and families.
A passionate life-long learner who continually seeks opportunities to provide greater value to her clients, Danielle has earned certifications as a Project Management Professional, Change Management Practitioner, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, ScrumMaster, and Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems. Prior to joining BerryDunn, she served as Director of Ambulatory Services for Willamette Falls Hospital in Portland, Oregon, and then as the Director of Client Performance at Health Dialog in Portland, Maine.
