Erin is a Senior Manager in BerryDunn’s Local Government Practice Group. She has more than 20 years of experience performing and managing all levels of IT operations projects for local governments, including IT service management design and budgeting and administration. Erin leads IT assessment, strategic planning, and software implementation projects. She also consults on the technical and data aspects of software selection and organizational development. Erin enjoys helping clients overcome their constraints and effectively plan for their future. She builds strategic business partnerships that are focused on technology and align business units with the mission and vision of the organization.
