A Principal in our State Government Practice Group, Julie brings decades of leadership experience to her role, helping state agencies streamline, innovate, and improve services. She has expertise in state and local public health management, program development and evaluation, accreditation, work flow and business process analyses, strategy development, Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) information systems, and IT system procurement and implementation. She leverages her experience and expertise to advise clients in these areas.

Julie builds collaborative relationships with her clients to ensure transfer of knowledge and best practices. As a member of BerryDunn's Recovery Advisory Team, she has worked with state public health departments to project-manage contact tracing, case investigation, and testing, staff capacity-building, various federal funding sources during the COVID-19 outbreak.
